First Friday pre-hurricane Arthur!

The sky is blue, the sun is beating down.

It may pour tomorrow and Arthur may blow his horn but he hasn’t put a damper our our First Friday musicians.

Fun on First Friday!

What a great night!

It was bit chilly so our musicians came inside to play and the store was packed!

The crowd wouldn’t let them stop so they played Bluegrass until 8 pm. We had a new local musician (Alan Jeffries) run home and get his guitar and jam with our regulars: Jim Todd, Geoff Keymer and Alexa Jaffer. It was a blast.

Here are a few photos:

Visitors from the past on First Friday

We had great fun at last night’s July First Friday in Annapolis Royal.

There was music and dancing on the streets and lots of people strolling the boardwalk enjoying the warm, sunny  evening.

We were lucky enough to be visited by the famous Town Crier and his escort and a very distinguished Victorian lady in her beautiful outfit.

So fitting for Canada’s First Town!
